From Village of Pinehurst:
Take Route 5 south towards Aberdeen,
make right onto US 1 South towards Pinebluff/Rockingham
(or from Pinehurst traffic Circle)
Route 15/501 South towards Aberdeen,
make right onto US 1 South

4 1/4 miles past the Motor Vehicle Dept. in Aberdeen,
 make a left onto Persimmon Dr. 
(just after Southern Pines Water Treatment Plant)

From Rockingham:
US 1 North towards Southern Pines/Pinehurst
Upon crossing the Moore County Line,
Persimmon Drive will be your third right (after Black Cherry Drive, then Ryder Cup Lane)
