       2012 Annual Membership

The Bluff Golf Links is promoting a membership drive for the fiscal year of 2011. This membership consists of the following:

Annual Golf Membership:
Single $600 year or Quarterly payments of $150 due each quarter.
Couple/Family $1000 year or Quarterly payments of $249 due each quarter. (Family members consists of spouse and unmarried children of
either spouse under the age of twenty-one who are living at home or attending school on a full-time basis.

Annual Membership Includes:
Green fees only
Golf cart fee - each member will be charged $10 (18 holes) $5 (9 holes)

Membership Benefits:
10% discount on pro-shop merchandise (excluding sale items)
Members only tournament
Member quest rate $25

Financing:
Monthly financing available if membership purchased before January 1st.
Members that select monthly payments are required to pay the balance of the annual membership fee upon resignation.

Early Bird Discounts:
5% discount if paid in full by January 1st

2012 Annual Cart Fee Membership - Two Options
Pay $100 membership fee in advance...Then pay as you play $20 (18 holes) $10 (9 holes)
Pay $300 membership fee in advance...Then pay as you play $15 (18 holes) $8 (9 holes)
 No walkers under this plan - no discounts

Golf cart trail fees are also available for The Bluff residents, $900 for residents and guest fee $20 per quest
